Sniper Alley Studios The studio is a 1.2 GHz RAM Mac G4 based studio running Logic 6.0 Platinum with TC powercore Firewire EFX . The
Mac has Plugins by TC Lexicon antares and also runs Reason 2.5 via
Rewire for you hip hopers! Monitoring is provided by Genelec 1031As linked to the Genelec 6070a Subwoofer unit providing Flat response down to approx 22hz. Dynaudio BM5 Near fields are also available. The Acoustics of the room having been treated with our Acoustifoam treatment are very benign (acoustically flat with no phase or amplitude alignment problems) and surpasses the acoustics of many much Pricier studio options. The studio has a o m/s Reverb time vocal Booth, and live recording can be handled via tie lines to other rooms. |
The studio is designed mostly as a relaxed working space for Electronic based production /Mastering and Mix facility but Live Drums can be tracked at a different location (Parr Street etc..) and the tracking completed then mixed at leisure within Sniper Alley.
